Maureen is the insurance you need for success when you're buying in this crazy real estate market. Not only will she hang in there through frustrating bank delays, but will deal with cranky sellers and with a smile and incredible tact. She usually finds a way to charm all participants and really grease the wheels of progress.
When I hired her as my agent, she immediately figured out the kind of property I wanted and sent me listings on a daily basis which were usually not too far from the mark. When I was ready to view the properties, she was always on time to meet me and fully prepared with a printed market analysis.
