Dear Client,
This letter is to re-iterate, in more formal terms, our Service Guarantee.

Don Mertes and Jeff Gary of Realty Executives do agree that the below signed client may cancel their listing agreement at any time.

The purpose of this addendum is to relieve our sellers from any feelings of anxiety associated with signing a standard six-month listing agreement.

Don and Jeff agree to diligently market and show below client’s property in an attempt to produce an acceptable contract on this home.

If, for some reason, client is not completely satisfied with the level of quality and service Don & Jeff provide, and client wishes to choose another agent or remove their property from the market, then client may do so without regard to the existing six-month listing agreement.

Note:

Client’s home must not have an acceptable contract on it at the time.

Upon cancellation, client may not accept an offer to purchase this property from a buyer brought to the home or introduced to the property during the contract period by either Don Mertes or Jeff Gary.

This addendum becomes part of the standard six-month listing agreement by signatures of all parties below.
