This little jewelbox will leave you head over heels in love and feeling like a 13 year old with her first BIG crush. Sitting on the northwest corner of 15th Street and Virginia ave, with an adorable small park just to the east and surrounded by Oleanders on one side, you'll love the location. Everything is a stone's throw. Shopping, dining (OMG LOTS of dining choices) and pretty much anything else you get in the mood for.
When you enter the front door, you're greeted first by beautiful hardwood floors. Then your eye may travel past the furnishings, the French Blue plaster walls and creamy white painted fireplace with original built-ins, to the unforgettable opened and beamed ceiling. This makes SUCH a wonderful and warm addition to the space that you won't be able to imagine this room without it. It's an enchanting spot to catch up on your latest Netflix obsession or to just enjoy a cup of coffee before work. It's seriously charming.
Just off the Living room is one of two small bedrooms. Here, we've chosen to furnish this as a small home office since the original french doors open straight into the living area. Check email, catch up with friends or plan your new website with light-filled windows and a perfect view of the fireplace in the living area beyond. Should you choose an extra bedroom, this space will easily accommodate with the simple addition of light curtains on the french doors!
Past the kitchen, you'll find another cozy bedroom and bath to your left - and to your right, an addition that encompasses all of the romance from the original house. This space is clad in windows from floor to ceiling and is generous enough for an intimate dining area AND a second living area to enjoy the views of the beautiful and very green backyard.
