When the time comes to sell your home, I'm a very strong listing agent. I don't rush the house onto the market, preferring to make changes with furniture layout, landscape and anything that will make your home stand above the competition and maximize your return, before completing a full marketing package that includes video, professional photography, website and text. I like to begin building interest even before the property has been listed, so that when it goes active, multiple parties are immediately interested.
Social media plays a BIG part in my marketing process and in the past few months, several homes I've listed have sold because of advertising this way.
Each of my listings gets its own multi-platform friendly website, with sign-rider featuring the web address displayed on top of the sale sign in your yard. These websites ensure that information on your home is available 24-7 online. Full metrics on these websites are always available and they are equally impressive.
When working with clients who are buying a home, I'm easy to get along with, friendly and honest. After 20 years buying and selling property in the downtown, historic and central areas of Phoenix, I know what to look for and what to steer clear of.. I'm rarely "pushy" (unless it's in your best interest), I'm highly opinionated and I'm skillful in weighing the pros and cons of each listing. On average, I've talked clients out of more homes than I've ever talked them into, because I try to tailor each purchase not only with the "needs" of my clients, but their wants and abilities.
Each of Phoenix's Historic Districts has a unique feel to it. While some attract a mix of artists, young urban professionals and singles, others beckon more doctors, entrepreneurs and growing families to them. My website, historicphoenix.com has become one of the most popular sites for downtown buyers and sellers in Phoenix and it features each of our districts along with current articles on living in them.

In the past 6 months, Don listed and sold two houses for my wife and I. Both were under contract at full asking price within 48 hours. You better believe he gets five stars from us! Don did a phenomenal job selling our home. We received multiple offers before it even went on the market! His photographer did an amazing job making our home look its absolute best and his marketing skills are incredible. We had friends calling and texting us asking where we were moving because they had seen Don's Facebook posts...again, all before the house even went on the market. We received the full asking price and the selling process went very smoothly. Don also helped us with the purchase of a new house, and found the perfect house for us. He took us to see multiple homes, many within hours notice when we would frantically call him as soon as we saw a new cute historic house pop up on Zillow. The house we ended up buying was not a house I would have picked out on my own, and to be honest, when I initially saw the Zillow ad, I was only mildly interested.
